Carleton Curling Club is ready to host your next event whether it’s a luncheon, dinner, corporate meeting or personal event. Carleton Curling Club is fully licensed.
Our newly painted and renovated reception hall upstairs will accommodate 100 of your guests comfortably. Catering can be provided at an extra cost, or you can cater your own event. Our kitchen is fully stocked and available for your use (subject to proper health certification and approval). Some costs may apply.
Our downstairs lounge offers a full bar in a casual setting and seating for up to 75.

RECEPTION HALL RATES:
Hourly (3 hour minimum/5 hour maximum): $30/hour
Full day (8 am to 5 pm): $200
Evening (5 pm to 12 am): $225
All day and evening (8 am to 12 am): $300
DOWNSTAIRS LOUNGE RATE:
Hourly (2 hour minimum): $25/hour
ADDITIONAL FEES ON LOUNGE/HALL RENTALS:
Clean-up fee: $50
Kitchen fee: $50 / day
$15/hour for Bartender

Additional $15/hour Set-up/Tear-down may be applicable

Kitchen facilities are available for use, subject to prior approval of caterer.
Carleton Curling Club reserves the right to designate staff to attend any function to ensure that all terms, conditions & regulations are being observed and respected
Deposit of $50 is required upon booking.
Deposit is non-refundable if cancellation is less than 14 days before date of rental.
